1. Information collected
When contacting us you may provide Quartus Technology with personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address. When purchasing services Quartus Technology may also require you to provide billing information, such as billing name and address (“Billing Information”). This Billing Information and any other information you submit to Quartus Technology or submit through the course of our relationship are referred to collectively as “Data.”
2. Data Usage
Quartus Technology uses Data about its Customers to perform the services contracted. Credit Card information is NEVER stored or saved by Quartus Technology. If Quartus Technology were to use your credit card it would be saved with PCI compliance standards. Third party credit card processors or payment gateways may save your credit card information, however this will be saved under PCI compliance. Typically PCI compliance means translating the actual credit card number to a tokenized string that would essentially encrypt the card number thus rendering it impossible for unauthorized use.
3. Sharing of information collected
Quartus Technology does not share, sell, rent, or trade any Data with third parties. Quartus Technology reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if Quartus Technology reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Quartus Technology’s’ rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
4. Customer’s Data
Quartus Technology’s Customers may provide information regarding their employees and computer systems throughout the course of utilizing Quartus Techology services (“Customer Data”). Quartus Technology may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing or maintaining the services or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law.
Collected data will be retained indefinitely unless specifically requested by a customer to be disposed of.
5. Security
Quartus Technology uses numerous security measures to protect the Data and Customer Data. In the event of a data breach, Quartus Technology will provide notice no later than 72 hours after said breach has been positively confirmed to the organizations/individuals whose data may have been affected.
